The name ‘Glengarry’ was inspired by this iconic monologue from the great Mr. Alec Baldwin in the film Glengarry Glen Ross.
It is a tongue in cheek call to celebrate individuals who put the coffee down - and take action.
But action without discipline is bad. Really bad.
Success consists of many small steps taken with great consistency.
When Mike, Fred and later, Louis started a digital marketing agency in 2003, three themes ran through everything they did: entrepreneurship. technology. education.
Guided by a shared passion for learning, they set out to build and invest in companies that reimagine the way humans learn.
Fast forward to 2018, Glengarry Capital (Pty) Ltd was launched to take an intentional step to invest in entrepreneurs that share that very same passion.
